Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations by coordinating various tasks and supporting different departments. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure tasks are completed on time. Collaborate with team members and departments to facilitate communication and streamline processes. Maintain and update service schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met. Compile, analyze, and present data using Excel to support decision-making processes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and address any issues. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Monitor service progress and identify any potential issues or delays. Assist in organizing meetings, events, and other activities as needed Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel, including functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, analyze data, and present findings clearly Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to different audiences. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Service industry, or a related field. Proven experience in a coordination role or similar position. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Attentionto detail and the ability to work under pressure.
