Job Summary We're looking for a seasoned SEO Team Lead with a strong background in finance domain projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving search engine rankings, driving organic traffic growth, and leading high-performing SEO teams. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to finance-related websites. - Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization in the finance domain. - Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and on-page elements, to ensure SEO best practices are followed. - Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush. - Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements to enhance site performance. - Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with business goals in the finance industry. - Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices in the finance domain. - Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance and progress to stakeholders. - Manage link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to improve domain authority. - Lead and mentor a team of SEO executives to ensure high-quality deliverables and professional growth. - Work closely with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website design and development. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic in the finance domain. - Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz. - Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to lead and mentor a team of SEO professionals. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
