Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases that can be targeted to increase visibility.
• Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
• Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement and track the success of SEO efforts.
• Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented throughout the website.
• Monitor and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other SEO metrics to track progress and provide actionable insights.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search algorithm updates, and best practices to continually refine and improve SEO strategies.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies to outrank competitors in search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align SEO efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
• Provide SEO recommendations and guidance to other teams and stakeholders, including content creators, web developers, and management.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website architecture to effectively optimize website content.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative SEO strategies to drive results.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Analyst, or similar role.
• Demonstrated success in improving search engine rankings and website traffic.
• Experience with managing SEO campaigns and optimizing websites for different industries.
• Knowledge of local SEO and mobile optimization is preferred.
• Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant SEO certifications is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and its impact on SEO is a bonus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
