We are looking For a knowledgeable and experienced Senior SEO Executive to join our team and enhance our visibility in search engine results.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to ensure maximum visibility in search engine results.
• Perform technical SEO audits and provide recommendations to improve site architecture, URL structures, and overall site performance.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance our SEO efforts.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in all content creation.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in our SEO strategy.
• Manage and build high-quality backlink profiles through outreach and relationship building with relevant websites.
• Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of successful SEO campaigns.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and others.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in reproductive or maternal health, is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with local SEO and optimizing for local search results.
• Familiarity with content marketing and social media marketing strategies.
