Sr Security Engineer - SIEM, security & compliance

Role Overview: As an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) at SAP, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the system security posture and safeguarding customer data from unauthorized use. Your focus will be on risk management to protect systems, identify threats/vulnerabilities, and ensure security compliance through mitigation and remediation. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in maintaining system security posture and protecting customer data - Identify and mitigate threats/vulnerabilities to ensure security compliance - Collaborate with central Architecture team, Security Office, Engineering teams, and Regulatory and Governance teams in India Qualifications Required: - Beneficial qualifications related to Cyber Security, Cloud, ERP, Information Security, and Compliance - Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and unique security requirements of India - Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment and commitment to personal development Additional Company Details: SAP Sovereign Cloud Delivery India unit will provide SAP's Sovereign Cloud Services in India, focusing on cloud landscape architecture design, maintenance, and operation to deliver stable, secure, and resilient cloud services compliant with local laws and regulations. The team will closely collaborate with various internal teams to ensure compliance and security. Please note that this position requires working 5 days from the office.
