We have immediate hiring Designation : Sr. Sales & Operation Manager. Location : Nariman Point Mumbai. Working Days : 6 Days Saturday half day. Role Description: This role is pivotal in managing the overall export and import strategy for an FMCG company, focusing on market expansion, operational efficiency, and profitability. The role requires leadership across multiple functions, including sales, logistics, finance, and compliance, ensuring that the company meets its global objectives and delivers value to international customers. Background: Education: Degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is often preferred. Experience: 5-7 years in an export role within FMCG, particularly confectionery and beverages. FMCG experience is a must. And this profile demands business travels. Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the FMCG industry, distribution of confectionery and beverages for global markets. Salary package – 15 LPA – 18LPA Age Category – 35+ years Candidate – Male Candidate with excellent communication.
