Prefer Experience: Loan Industry only. No. of vacancy: 100 Note: We are looking immediate joiners only. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development: Drive mortgage sales, ensuring achievement of targets for home loans/ LAP, or mortgage-based financial products . Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and acquire new customers. Responsible for lead generation. Identify and establish partnerships with builders, and financial institutions to generate leads. Monitor competition and market trends to optimize sales approaches. 2. Team Management & Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a team of mortgage sales professionals. Assign sales targets, monitor performance, and provide necessary coaching. Foster a result-driven culture by implementing incentive programs and performance metrics. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure superior customer service by guiding clients through the mortgage application process. Address customer queries related to loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation. Maintain relationships with high-value clients to drive repeat business. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field. Experience: Minimum 8 -12 years in retail loan sales, with at least 6 -7 years in a managerial role . Certifications: Preferably trained in financial sales. . Note: The person who will be responsible for achieving his/her 3X of monthly revenue target & also responsible for 3X of the team revenue target. Role & responsibilities Perks and benefits DIRECT CREDIT EMPLOYEEs BENEFIT POLICY Performance Bonus: Employees who achieve their targets and strictly adhere to company policies for six consecutive months will be eligible for a bonus equivalent to 15 days’ salary . If the employee continues to meet targets and comply with company policies for an additional six months, they will be entitled to an additional bonus of 15 days’ salary . Diwali Bonus: A Diwali bonus will be awarded based on employee performance and adherence to company policies . Travel Incentive: Employees who consistently achieve their targets and comply with company policies for eight consecutive months will be eligible for two travel tickets as a reward. Referral Bonus: For Executive Level (PL & BL): INR 1,000/- For Executive Level Mortgage Department: INR 2,000/- Salary-Based Referral Bonus: If the referred candidate’s salary falls between INR 50,000 and INR 1,00,000 , the referral bonus will be INR 7,500 . If the referred candidate’s salary exceeds INR 1,00,000 , the referral bonus will be INR 15,000 . Note: The referral bonus will be disbursed to the referring employee only after the referred candidate successfully completes six months of employment with the company. Lunch Facility: The company will provide lunch for all employees . Weekend Offs: Effective April onwards , all Sundays & second and fourth Saturdays of each month will be designated as Week off days .
