Hiring for the role of Sr. Account Manager-Staffing based in Mumbai, Bangalore & Delhi (NCR) Responsibilities: Role is responsible for driving business development activities. Focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding the company's presence in the staffing industry. The role will oversee client acquisition, client management, and driving revenue targets through a data-driven approach, contributing to the long-term goals of Organization. Finding accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Job portals Naukri, Shine, Monster, ATS; Google search, and from offline networks of companies who are outsourcing contractual manpower, an active competition clients database shall be provided to identify the clients. Cold calling, emailing, and reaching-out to the contract staffing prospect leads Meet up with the target client industries with relevant stakeholders Create unique selling propositions based proposals to clients requirements.
