*Lead Generation & Qualification:* Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or cold leads. Understand clients' property needs (residential/commercial, budget, location, etc.). Pre-qualify leads based on interest, financial capability, and readiness to buy. *Appointment Scheduling:* Schedule site visits or meetings for field sales agents. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion. Follow-ups & Engagement: Conduct follow-up calls and emails with warm leads. Share brochures, project details, price lists, and other materials as needed. Maintain regular contact with prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel. *Customer Service:* Address basic queries related to property listings, pricing, amenities, and availability. Escalate more complex concerns to the relevant team members. *Reporting & Target Achievement:* Maintain daily/weekly reports of calls, conversions, and scheduled site visits. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for leads, appointments, and conversions. Market Intelligence: Collect customer feedback and competitor information. Share insights with the marketing and sales teams for strategy improvement. Skills Required: Excellent verbal communication skills (local language + English). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections professionally. Basic knowledge of the real estate market and terminology.
