Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and client visits.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and pipeline management.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product presentations to clients.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, and production) to ensure timely order fulfillment and client service.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to provide strategic insights to management.
Maintain accurate sales records, follow-up reports, and client databases in CRM tools.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.
Mentor and guide junior sales team members, ensuring consistent performance and customer handling standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and strategies for business expansion.
