Sr. Sales Executive

Position: Senior Sales Executive
Experience: 3-5 years in the healthcare sector, specializing in ENT equipment
Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business development for ENT equipment within the Mumbai region.
• Identify, approach, and develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, and ENT specialists.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to doctors, surgeons, and procurement teams.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure profitable sales while meeting customer requirements.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure smooth product promotions and after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in the healthcare sector, specifically in ENT equipment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within Mumbai as per business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical device sales compliance.
• Established network in Mumbai's healthcare industry.
