Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2C sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, retail clients, and local businesses. Conduct product presentations and deliver compelling sales proposals using Excel and PowerPoint. Engage with potential customers through field visits, product demonstrations, and consultations. Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and timely delivery. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining profitability. Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Requirements: Minimum 1 years of B2C sales experience, preferably in signage, branding, printing, or related industries. Graduate degree (minimum) in any discipline. Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint for sales reporting and presentations. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
