Sr Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive for Grundfos Make Pumps/Hydro pneumatic systems, your role involves engaging in institutional/project sales of Grundfos Pumps within various sectors such as commercial projects, residential buildings, townships, hostels, hospitals, and hotels. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with consultants, architects, and builders to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a strategic business plan to drive organizational sales, focusing on sales, revenue, and expense controls. - Meet and exceed planned sales goals to contribute to the overall success of the company. - Track sales targets regularly and report on progress as needed. - Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and create effective marketing strategies. - Attend ongoing training sessions to stay updated on sales techniques and product knowledge. - Motivate and mentor your sales team, providing guidance and product education to enhance their performance. - Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the organization and its products effectively. - Achieve sales targets specifically for the product segment-CBS. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in sales within the pump industry or related field is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. - Knowledge of the Gujarat sales area would be advantageous.
