About the Role

We’re seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional with strong business acumen, excellent client-handling skills, and a passion for achieving and exceeding targets. You’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base, driving revenue, and contributing directly to our growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Client Outreach

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and strategic outreach.
  • Conduct market research to target high-potential clients and industries.

Sales Process Management

  • Manage the complete sales cycle: from prospecting and pitch to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.

Client Relationship Development

  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, providing solutions tailored to their business needs.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact, offering value and maintaining trust.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts and ensure customer success.
  • Use CRM tools to manage sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and prepare revenue forecasts.

Market Intelligence & Feedback

  • Keep up with market trends and competitor activity.
  • Share actionable insights with leadership to support business decisions and improve offerings.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of proven B2B sales experience (preferably in a product-based environment)
  • Strong background in cold calling, lead generation, and consultative selling
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Self-motivated team player with leadership potential
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or PG in Sales/Marketing is a plus
