Handle daily IndiaMART leads and inbound calls/messages. Understand customer requirements and explain product options, pricing, and delivery. Negotiate pricing and terms to close the sale profitably. Coordinate with production/dispatch teams for delivery timelines. Maintain a log of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Provide excellent after-sales support to build long-term relationships. Requirements: Proven experience in tele-sales or inside sales (preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and regional languages. Ability to use WhatsApp, Excel, and basic CRM tools.
