Sr. Sales Executive shall manage the given region and provide complete sales and marketing services to all customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory in accordance with sound business principles and specific sales & marketing policies. Also, to secure sufficient sales volume to meet or exceed established sales budgets as specified in the profit plan and accomplish other sales & marketing objectives.
• Secure sales volume to meet or exceed sales budget.
• Spec-in Belden solution through active engagement with SI, OEM, End Users and Consultants.
• Provide quote and application solutions to potential customers with timely and high-quality service.
• Build, manage and grow sales funnel with a good win ratio and develop monthly sales forecasts. Initiate a weekly plan for specified applications, industries & territories.
• Educate and engage customers with new products/solutions/programs. Effectively manage existing and new accounts to consistently improve market share in India.
• Drive new initiatives and create successful breakthroughs by leveraging Belden solution capabilities.
