Job Description

As a Sales engineer, you will be coordinating with proposal engineers for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for Company's Automation' products and services. Also ensuring alignment with company policies, objectives, and legal requirements. You will be owning the customer relationships and the sales targets for your assigned territory and market segment. You will be working closely with the technical, project, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other performance metrics to track progress towards sales targets and inform strategic decision-making. Foster a culture of customer-centricity within the sales team and building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. Coordinate to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials that effectively showcase Company's solutions and value proposition to potential clients. Represent Companyat industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and expand the company's professional network. You will be responsible for Responsible for documentation, interacting with the Technical heads & Proposal heads on the business needs Should be highly self-motivated in achieving the goals Conducting market research to identify business potential and evaluate customer on the business needs
