Job Description

As a Senior Sales Development Associate (SSDA) at TresVistas, your primary responsibility will be to implement account management programs for the Focused accounts. You will focus on ensuring high levels of client engagement and integration to minimize client attrition. Additionally, you will work on identifying and generating new business opportunities for TresVista. Reporting to the VP of the Focused Accounts Relationship Management Team (FARM), you will collaborate closely with VPs across the firm's Delivery teams to enhance client engagement and integration. Your role will involve providing guidance, coaching, and leadership to the SDAs within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned Focused accounts through research, networking, and outreach. - Collaborate with Market Development, Product, and Marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns. - Deliver presentations to potential clients as directed by the VP of FARM. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. - Provide regular updates to the leadership team on progress and results. - Offer account management services to Focused accounts to ensure client satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns. - Foster and maintain long-term relationships with key clients. - Work with VPs across the firm's Delivery teams to develop programs that enhance client engagement and integration. - Drive, track, and manage the implementation of programs aimed at retention management and identifying expansion opportunities. - Provide mentorship, direction, and training to the SDAs in the FARM. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations is preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail is preferred. Experience: - 4+ years of experience (Bachelors degree) or 3+ years of experience (Masters degree) in Sales or Business Development, preferably in the Financial Services or Consulting industry. Education: - Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. - An MBA or equivalent is preferred. In this role, you will be compensated as per industry standards.,
