Hands-on experience in real estate valuation, applying different methodologies beyond basic research, is essential. Proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to present insights in a clear and actionable manner are crucial. Additionally, the candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in real estate market research with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
