Job Description

In this role, you will be a part of the Business Development team (Division Investor Connect). The job involves: To regularly meet, build and grow relationships with investors and intermediaries (with a focus on the Indian Debt Market) like Mutual Funds, Private Equity, Banks, Arrangers, AIFs, DCM desks and other institutions To maintain and manage Excel databases related to investors meetings, contacts, engagement tracking) To identify trends related to debt markets through meetings with market participants, news articles and other third-party sources and map it companys products and services To provide inputs and coordinate with internal teams for market outreach and franchise development To be able to undertake ad hoc requests from investors and internal teams Candidate Profile: Essential Qualifications- Engineering degree, business management, economics CA / CFA / CMA/MBA / postgraduate degree in finance, economics Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in the field of Company, sector and industry research with a high analytical skill for financial model development, and forecasting including the skill of Research report writing. Job Responsibilities: Continuously following and being updated on evolving trends of the economy and multiple key sectors covered by the company Ability to use techniques, such as primary/secondary research, company analysis, market analysis, strategic analysis frameworks and financial analysis to create sharp and valuable perspectives. Analyse the companys / sectors' financial performance including past financial and business performance and be able to benchmark these against peers performance. Should know about writing research reports, creating presentations, visualisation of market data and quick turnaround for tight deadlines. Work on multiple projects. Attributes: Self-motivated to set efficiency standards. Strong ideation and analytical skills. Accuracy and eye for detail Ability to work with vast data sets. Strong decision-making ability to help differentiate between relevant and irrelevant information and articulate analytical points. Ability to work independently, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage workload prioritisation to deliver high-quality work on time with minimal direction. Other attributes: Understanding of Quality Processes like ISO, CMM, etc. Basic knowledge of ESG would be an added advantage.
