Collaborate closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand technical and competency-based requirements for each role, and design a tailored, effective recruitment process. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies that meet the business s needs, ensuring timely and cost-effective candidate pipelines. Conduct in-depth resume screening, phone interviews, and technical assessments to evaluate candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners to optimize recruitment efforts. Leverage data analysis and market intelligence to make informed, data-driven decisions, providing regular feedback and insights to hiring managers. Requirements: 7+ years of proven experience as a technical recruiter with hands-on full-cycle recruitment experience, especially in filling complex technical roles. Demonstrated expertise in sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including social media platforms and niche job boards. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Highly driven, energetic, and passionate about recruitment with a strong desire to achieve results. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and drive solutions autonomously. Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, and adaptable to changing priorities.
