Job Description

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience. Leverage various sourcing channels (job portals, networking, referrals, social media) to build a strong talent pipeline. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Mentor and guide junior recruiters to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitor hiring strategies. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes. Negotiate job offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to improve employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
