                                Role Overview: As a React.js Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining modern, high-performing web applications using React.js. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to create seamless user experiences. Your responsibilities will include turning wireframes and mockups into reusable components, driving performance optimizations, leading code reviews, troubleshooting front-end bugs, and embracing new technologies to enhance the front-end architecture.  Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of developing and maintaining modern, high-performing web applications using React.js. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to create pixel-perfect, responsive UIs. - Turn wireframes and mockups into reusable, maintainable components that scale. - Drive performance optimizations and ensure best practices across all devices and browsers. - Lead by example in code reviews, sharing insights, identifying improvements, and mentoring peers. - Troubleshoot and resolve front-end bugs with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. - Embrace new technologies and actively contribute to improving the front-end architecture.  Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven experience as a React.js Developer in a product-focused, high-growth environment. - Solid command of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a deep understanding of React.js and its core principles. - Hands-on experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX. - Familiarity with modern build tools and pipelines (Webpack, Babel, etc.). - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex challenges. - A collaborative approach, but also the confidence to take ownership and drive initiatives forward.
