Job Description

Objective To handle the Quality assurance function of an European buying agency Galypso Global is a buying agency dealing primarily with European clients. Qualification B.E/B.Tech Textile Technology Experience The person to have atleast 4-5 years of experience in QA division Must have done Final audits Exposure to both Woven and Knits is must To have knowledge on Factory Compliance and different Evaluation methods To possess knowledge on Textile testing parameters To possess Sound knowledge on Different fabrics of Woven and Knits The different qualities of fabrics like ribstop, twill ,poplin etc and their respective textile parameters. To be able to handle special finishes on fabrics like UV protection, Antimicrobial and other functional finishes. Must possess knowledge on different fabric process dyeing, stentering, Weaving, knitting, Printing techniques and their pre requisites . To be able handle factories from order to shipment following on online , Midline and Final inspections. Should be capable of conducting Final Audits independently To advocate proper stitching methods and procedure to factories and enable them to produce quality garments To Ensure Quality Assurance is done in the overall process Travelling to different locations will be requirement of the QA role Should we willing to work on deputation to different locations as per the order requirement . Salary will be matched to the best in the industry.
