Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Python Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Python development, API integration, database management, and cloud-based deployment. You will lead development efforts, guide junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using Python and modern frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with strong security and scalability principles.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Manage deployments and configurations on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Implement and maintain secure configuration management using tools like Conjur or CyberArk.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with unit and integration tests.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Project Management teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Lead a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide scalable solutions for technical challenges.
• Manage tasks and milestones using Project Management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8.5+ years of proven experience in Python development.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with API documentation tools like Swagger/OpenAPI or Axway.
• Experience with PDF processing libraries such as PyPDF2, ReportLab, or pikepdf.
• Familiarity with Git version control and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Familiarity with healthcare standards and compliance (HIPAA).
