Python Development:
Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and efficient backend services and APIs using Python.
Database Integration: Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Familiarity with MongoDB is a plus.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical insights.
Coaching: Mentor junior team members, guiding them in best practices, code reviews, and problem-solving.
Autonomy: Take ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Technical Expertise :

Technical Expertise

Strong experience in backend development using Python and frameworks like Django or FastAPI.
Experience with RESTful API design and development.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is a plus.
Knowledge of containerization and Docker is a bonus.
Proficiency in unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
