Job Description

We are actively seeking two highly skilled Sr. Project Engineer / Associate Technical Leader - CAE with 3 to 7 years of experience. These roles require strong expertise in CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), specifically demonstrating strong proficiency in Ansys Fluent for CFD modeling. The ideal candidates will hold an ME / M Tech in Thermal / Automotive / Aerospace Engineering. Your primary responsibilities will involve setting up and executing complex CFD simulations for various engineering applications, including but not limited to, fluid flow analysis, heat transfer, and potentially combustion or aerodynamics. This includes detailed meshing, applying appropriate boundary conditions, selecting advanced physics models, and running large-scale simulations. A crucial aspect of this role is the ability to thoroughly analyze simulation results, interpret complex flow phenomena, identify design insights, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization. Proficiency in Spaceclaim for geometry preparation and simplification will be essential for efficient workflow. You will collaborate closely with design engineers, R&D teams, and testing departments to integrate CAE insights into the product development cycle, ensuring that designs meet stringent performance, efficiency, and reliability targets. Your expertise will be vital in pushing the boundaries of simulation capabilities and contributing to innovative solutions.
