Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of projects within the location. To work with a team of Project management Leaders in partnership with Honeywell sub-contractors to deliver projects in compliance with project KPIs, SLA's and Honeywell and Customer requirements. Typical compliance parameters would be:CORA GDMResource & Cost loaded GANTT chartsUpdated Risk RegistersBilling plans in CORAProject Management Reviews in CORAExperience in project management. Thorough knowledge of project operations and financial processes. This is particularly important from the point of view of anticipating risks in projects, making mitigation plans and implementing them, avoid -ve EACs on projects. Should be able to drive change and manage by influence.Supervisory knowledge with demonstrated ability to lead a team.
