Job Description

Conduct application design sessions with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met while protecting the platform from technical debt.
Coordinate the implementation, testing, and deployment of new capabilities and enhancements while adhering to PayPal s strategic planning lifecycle and SDLC.
Bridge the gap among the different departments involved in successfully enabling your products, including business process owners, engineering, development, information security, and operations.

What do you need to bring

Bachelor s degree OR appropriate combination of education and experience
5+ years experience in business analysis, product management, metrics and reporting, platform-based process management, or other relevant experience
Hands-on experience and expertise in a primary domain such as IT Service Management (ITSM) or IT Operations Management (ITOM)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or related domain
