CTC Offered - 50 L including 10% variable NOIDA location We are seeking a strategic and visionary Sr Product Mgr to drive our product vision and lead our product management team. Looking for only immediate joinees or someone serving NP .Or maximum 30 days NP not more than that. Looking for someone who has developed product from scratch and launched. Have some knowledge in Fintech Products Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the companys goals. Identify market opportunities and trends to inform product development and positioning. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product management team. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the product organization. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements. Act as a liaison between executive leadership and product teams to communicate product vision and priorities. Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration. Implement agile methodologies to enhance product development processes. Customer Focus: Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to inform product enhancements. Champion user experience and ensure products meet customer needs and expectations. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform strategic decisions. Use data-driven insights to optimize product features and functionalities. Qualifications: 7+ years of product management experience, Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products. Strong understanding of financial services and regulatory environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
