Note : Excellent coding skills with good Communication skills We are looking for a PHP Laravel Developer with 4+ years of experience in PHP, Laravel, and database management . The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, the ability to lead a team, and a passion for developing scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop & maintain high-quality web applications using Laravel and PHP. Architect & design scalable and maintainable solutions. Optimize & enhance database performance, queries, and indexing. Lead & mentor a team of developers, ensuring code quality and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, DevOps, Product, QA) to deliver projects on time. Write clean, secure, and well-documented code following best coding practices. Conduct code reviews , provide technical guidance, and enforce development standards. Integrate APIs & third-party services and troubleshoot issues effectively. Stay updated with the latest Laravel, PHP, and database trends and technologies. Required Skills & Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in PHP and Laravel framework. Strong knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB with experience in query optimization. Expertise in RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth), and third-party integrations . Solid understanding of MVC architecture and design patterns. Proficiency in version control (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket) . Familiarity with front-end technologies (Vue.js, React, or Angular is a plus) . Experience with caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached) and queuing systems (RabbitMQ, Laravel Queues) . Good knowledge of unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices .
