Sr. Patient Services Associate (RCM)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling patient calls in the healthcare industry, with a focus on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and patient services. Your key duties will include answering patient calls, maintaining detailed call notes, resolving billing statement queries, and being willing to work on various areas of RCM as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate knowledge of RCM and patient services - Answer patient calls and communicate respectfully and politely - Maintain detailed and accurate call notes - Resolve billing statement queries - Be open to working on different areas of RCM as required Qualification Required: - Must be a team player - Relevant experience in USA healthcare medical billing - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - Experience in AR calling role will be a plus - Knowledge of medical billing software is necessary Additional Details: The job is full-time and permanent, with benefits including paid time off. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with night shifts. The work location is in person.,
