Numbers of Requirements: 2 Designation:- Sr.Operator A cylinder filling operator is responsible for operating the equipment that fills cylinders with compressed gas, often in a gas station or industrial setting. They handle the process of filling cylinders, including connecting them to the filling station, setting the correct pressure, and ensuring proper filling. Duties and Responsibilities: Operating Filling Equipment: Operators use various machines and tools to fill cylinders with gases like nitrogen, Novec 1230, FM200 gases Following Safety Procedures: They must adhere to strict safety protocols when handling compressed gas cylinders. Maintaining Records: Operators often document filling data and maintain log books. Troubleshooting: They may need to identify and resolve minor issues with the filling equipment. Leak Testing: After filling, cylinders may be tested for leaks to ensure safety.
