Job description Own end to end operations process of handling a large team size of data entry operators Review the existing processes Analyze data and maintain the data integrity and accuracy Compile and validate data to maintain compliance with company standards Generate Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS Reports, Dashboards and automate using Excel and BI tools A working knowledge of SQL is MUST. Exposure to data visualizations tools and understanding of different charts Must be a self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own operations completely, prioritize workload effectively and thrive in dynamic environment Must be a problem solver with outstanding skills in discovering techniques and proven abilities to translate the underlying business needs into actionable insights Train and manage the new hires and junior employees Desired Profile Should have relevant experience of 8+ years in the field of operations management Technical Capabilities (hands on) SQL, Advance Excel, MS Office Data Visualization (Good to have) Experience in managing a team of at least 50+ employees Possess strong analytical skills and share point of views with the organization
