Job Description

Role & responsibilities Mandatory critical skill set: Hands on exposure with Water Treatment Plant (RO-EDI, PW, WFI, PSG, MCDP) maintenance Responsible for planning and execution of preventive/ breakdown maintenance, smooth operation, vent filter integrity, sanitization of WTP. Additional skill for AutoCAD, water quality analysis. Responsible for controlling and reducing the consumption of water. All time readiness for regulatory and Statutory audit by collaborating with a cross function team. Responsible for checking/verifying WTP and BMS documents such as daily logs, system generated printout, sanitization records. Responsible for planning and execution of preventive/ breakdown maintenance, smooth operation, Filter Cleaning of AHU. Responsible for carrying out additional tasks related to expansion/ modification of WTP/ AHU. Maintain test certificates/ reports/ service visits of vendor and ensure timely execution of AMC services. Maintain documentation & Logbook related to daily operation. Prepare and Maintain Trend of Alarms of Water System and plan and execute Alarms Testing of WTP as per defined frequency. Hands on practice of SOP preparation, Support for Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, Risk Assessment etc. Handling of LMS, DMS and eQMS systems of Amplelogic, ERP-SAP. Maintain critical spares and consumables stock. To follow Safety Rules and Standard Operating Procedures at the workplace. Participate in environment, health and safety training and awareness programs. Use of essential Personal Protective Equipment at workplace. Report any abnormalities, near miss incident, unsafe act & conditions in the workplace, equipment, etc. which might endanger environment, health, and safety to respective departmental EHS coordinator or EHS department. Preferred candidate profile Diploma/B.E. (Electrical/Mechanical) 5-7 yrs, preferably from Pharma Industry. Perks and benefits
