Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounts Associate to join our Finance and Accounts team in Jodhpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to learn quickly. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a background in accounting or finance. Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily accounting operations including maintaining and updating financial records. Support the preparation of financial statements and reports. Process invoices, receipts, and payments. Assist with reconciling bank statements and managing accounts payable/receivable. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions. Support tax filings and compliance tasks as needed. Perform other finance-related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum Qualification: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com). Experience: 0-2 years in accounting or finance-related roles (freshers are welcome to apply). Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes. Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
