We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Senior NLP Engineer to lead the design and development of cutting-edge LLM and NLP-driven systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in RAG architectures, agentic and multi-agent systems, LangChain/LangGraph, and modern Transformer-based models. This role requires deep technical skills, a solid understanding of microservice-based architectures, and the ability to drive AI experimentation and evaluations at scale.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guide junior engineers, and contribute to shaping the product roadmap for AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement RAG-based systems, agentic workflows, and multi-agent AI applications.
• Lead the development and optimization of LLM-based pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, and advanced context engineering.
• Drive AI evaluations, experiment design, benchmarking, and model performance analysis.
• Build scalable backend microservices using FastAPI or Flask, ensuring efficient integration with NLP/LLM components.
• Manage and optimize vector databases such as Milvus, Pinecone, or Qdrant for high-performance retrieval.
• Develop robust data pipelines and maintain structured datasets using SQL and modern data management practices.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members, contribute to Agile ceremonies, and support sprint planning and delivery.
• Prepare and maintain high-quality technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and product documentation.
• Ensure best practices in system design, code quality, scalability, security, and deployment

Required Qualifications & SkillsTechnical Must-Haves

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience building NLP / LLM-based systems.
• Strong expertise in:
• RAG architectures, agentic systems, multi-agent AI
• LangChain, LangGraph, context engineering
• LLMs and Transformer-based models (conceptual and practical understanding)
• AI evaluations, experiment design, and A/B testing
• Microservices architecture and distributed system design
• Vector databases: Milvus, Pinecone, Qdrant
• FastAPI or Flask for API development
• SQL for data modeling and querying
• Proven team management or technical leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create clear and detailed product and technical documentation.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure cloud services.
• Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Contributions to product ideation, feature discovery, and roadmap formulation.
• Knowledge of MCP, networking fundamentals, or ITSM domain practices.
• Experience with RabbitMQ or similar message brokers.
• Background in deep learning (CNN, RNN, LSTM, GANs) and advanced Transformer architectures.
• Experience with pre-trained encoder/decoder models, fine-tuning, or domain adaptation techniques.
