Job Description and Responsibilities - Work in rotational shifts. Provide technical support for Cisco Webex Voice solutions. Provide technical support for MTR devices AV support. Troubleshoot and resolve basic to medium level issues related to Cisco Webex Voice solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve basic to medium level issues related to Microsoft Teams Room devices. Administrate Cisco Webex Voice to support ongoing Operations. Update technical documentation, including network diagrams and configurations. Provide training and support for the Level 1 Team as needed. Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Cisco Webex Voice. Work with other teams such as network engineers, security engineers, and application support teams to ensure seamless issue resolution. Engage filed technical resources for Hands and Feet support and if required assist in remote troubleshooting. Assist seniors in any activities including documentation. Required Skills & Experience - 4+ years of Experience in supporting and maintaining Cisco Webex Voice Services. Familiarity with Cisco Cloud Based Suite (Webex Calling, Control Hub etc.) Familiarity with Active Directory technologies (Azure, On Prem AD, Okta, etc.) Prior working knowledge on any voice related technologies. Client Facing Experience.
