Position Title : Sr. Manager / AGM / DGM Civil Projects Location of the position : Maharashtra Prescribed Experience Range : 10 + Years Qualification : BE/B.tech Civil Job Purpose: The incumbent will be responsible to lead and oversee civil construction activities for steel plant projects, specifically related to the Steel Melting Shop (SMS) and Rolling Mill, ensuring timely execution, quality control, cost management, and adherence to safety standards. Roles & Responsibilities: • Project Planning & Execution: Develop project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans for civil works in SMS and Rolling Mill. Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure seamless project implementation. • Construction & Site Management: Supervise all civil works, including foundations, structural components, and infrastructure development. Ensure adherence to construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor subcontractors and vendors for timely execution and compliance. • Quality Control & Assurance: Implement quality checks and inspections as per project specifications and industry standards. Conduct site audits and resolve technical issues to maintain construction integrity. •Safety & Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety audits and enforce corrective measures. • Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth workflow. Report project progress and challenges to senior management. • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, compliance records, and as-built drawings. Prepare MIS reports for management review.
