Sr. Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive at ICFAI Group, you will play a crucial role in promoting MBA Programs and driving lead generation through various marketing activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting on-field marketing activities like corporate visits, presentations, information desks, and roadshows. - Generating leads from working professionals and corporate employees. - Counseling prospective students and converting leads into admissions. - Planning and executing local marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and admissions. - Meeting and managing individual and team sales targets. Qualifications & Experience required for this role: - Graduation is mandatory. - 5-10 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in Corporate/B2B. - Backgrounds from Education, BFSI, Insurance, Media, FMCG, or Telecom sectors are desirable. - Strong local market knowledge and corporate connections in Kolkata. Skills that will be beneficial for this role: - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Vernacular languages. - Internet-savvy with strong persuasion and closing abilities. - Self-motivated, dynamic, and results-driven.
