Job description

As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Universe International, your role involves building strong customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, developing sales strategies, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit Client locations for meetings.
• Handle cold calling with clients.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients, present services, and convert leads into business.
• Prepare proposals/quotations, negotiate, and close deals.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager.
• Travel locally around Ludhiana for face-to-face meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• Any graduate or Post-graduation .
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to gather and analyze market and customer information.
• Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or Marketing.
