Job Description

Job Title: Sr Manager/AGM/DGM - Technical Services Key Responsibilities: New Product Development: Lead and manage the new product development process from concept to commercialization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, production, and marketing to develop innovative and high-precision components. Ensure that new products meet customer requirements, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and successful project execution. Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the automotive and engineering sectors. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and provide technical support during the sales process. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical services team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. Implement robust quality control processes and address any quality issues promptly. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present reports on technical services activities, project progress, and key performance indicators. Use data analytics to drive decision-making and improve technical services processes. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Engineering in Polymer/Plastics, or a related field. Minimum of 15+ years of experience in technical services, new product development, or process engineering roles. At least 5 years in a leadership position into Injection Moulding and Mould manufacturing experience. Must understand Scientific Moulding. Extensive experience in the automotive, high-precision components, or engineering sectors. Proven track record in new product development and project management. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. Proficiency in using CAD software, project management tools, and other relevant technologies. Knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory requirements in the automotive and engineering industries.
