Sr. Manager – Talent Engagement & Development

Essential

  • Develop a high performing L&D team and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy 
  • Conduct training needs analysis and addressing skill gaps
  • Design and oversee training programs, including workshops, e-learning, coaching, and leadership development.
  • Collaborate in creating career paths for the employees at all levels
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and tracking KPIs and ROI
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business strategies and align learning initiatives 
  • Stay updated on L&D trends and technologies 
  • Oversee the development of training material 
  • Manage the L&D budget and resources 
  • Lead and mentor the L&D team 
  • Work from office role (All 5 Days, 12 pm – 9 pm shift).

Required

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in a senior L&D role 
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning, and evaluation
  • Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms, training development software and tools
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPLP, CPTD, SHRM-CP)
  • Experience in change management and talent management (preferred)

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Masters would be an added advantage). Experience in RCM Industry would be preferred

Language

Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Reasoning

Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
