Job Description

As a Solutioning Leadership professional at upGrad Enterprise, you will play a crucial role in partnering with organizations to drive workforce transformation through impactful learning journeys. Your responsibilities will revolve around understanding client business challenges, assessing learning needs, and designing tailored L&D solutions. Your background in psychology, consultative sales, or solutioning will be advantageous in understanding client perspectives and delivering suitable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, comprehending their business challenges and learning requirements. - Conduct thorough needs assessments and translate discussions into structured proposals and solution documents. - Collaborate with instructional designers and delivery teams to craft effective learning solutions. - Develop compelling proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations. - Offer advice to clients on suitable learning formats (e-learning, blended, ILT, workshops, coaching, etc.) based on their context and needs. - Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure solution feasibility and alignment. - Stay abreast of L&D industry trends, emerging learning technologies, and behavioral science insights to enhance client conversations. - Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor. Qualifications & Experience: - 8-12 years of experience in L&D solutioning, client consulting, or corporate training roles. - Strong exposure to B2B client-facing roles, with a preference for L&D/HR consulting. - Proven track record in building and presenting L&D proposals/solutions for enterprise clients. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Possess a consultative mindset with the ability to grasp client psychology and customize solutions accordingly. - Ability to work autonomously in an individual contributor role while collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Background in psychology, HR, organizational behavior, or consulting is preferred.
