We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive sales and marketing efforts for process equipment in the Fertilizer, Refinery, and Petrochemical industries. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of reactors, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers , along with strong customer engagement skills to frame and execute effective marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Technical & Industry Expertise: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of process equipment used in fertilizer, refinery, and petrochemical industries . Ensure compliance with technical and commercial specifications of major customers and consultants. Prepare and review technical and commercial offers in alignment with customer requirements. 2. Customer & Consultant Engagement: Leverage existing relationships with key customers and consultants in the industry to generate new business opportunities. Drive discussions with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions . Stay updated on industry trends and buying behaviors to anticipate market demands. 3. Business Development & Strategic Plannin g: Identify new business opportunities in nuclear, petrochemical, pollution control, fertilizer, chemical, and thermal power sectors. Conduct gap analysis between current capabilities and market demands for new product development. Formulate and implement an objective marketing plan to penetrate new markets and expand the companys footprint. Lead sales efforts, negotiate contracts, and secure orders in line with business growth objectives. 4 Commercial Acumen: Understand and analyze commercial terms & conditions in contracts and proposals. Ensure competitive pricing and commercial viability while meeting profitability goals . Role & responsibilities
