Job Description

This role involves leading a team dedicated to a specific project, ensuring targets are met, mentoring team members, and directly engaging in high-stakes negotiations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate sales, a proven track record in closing deals, and exceptional leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Leadership Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets. Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture. Conduct regular team meetings, provide guidance, and address any challenges to maintain team morale and focus. Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the specific real estate project. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed. Ensure the sales team has a clear understanding of project goals, pricing strategies, and target audiences. Deal Closure: Actively engage in the sales process, especially in the closing stages of high-value deals. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with all contractual obligations. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Act as a point of escalation for client concerns, resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Leverage industry contacts to generate new business opportunities. Performance Monitoring Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions where necessary to ensure team targets are met. Project Coordination: Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure the smooth execution of the project. Provide feedback on marketing materials and sales collateral to ensure alignment with sales objectives. Ensure timely and accurate communication between the sales team and other stakeholders. Key Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of closing high-value real estate deals. Experience managing and leading a sales team in a fast-paced environment. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and regulations. Ability to analyze and interpret sales data. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
