Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure compliance with IATF standards for automotive components.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of suppliers to maintain high-quality products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and develop corrective actions.
Ensure timely delivery of defect-free products by monitoring production schedules, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements.

Job Requirements :

14-25 years of experience in the auto components industry or related field.
Strong knowledge of automotive system design, software testing, and quality assurance principles.
Proven track record in developing effective control plans for supplier quality management.
