Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager in Finance & Accounts to join our team as the Plant Finance Controller. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the Finance & Accounts department, with a proven track record of managing financial operations within a plant setting. The role requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to drive strategic financial decisions to support the plant's overall objectives.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial activities within the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize plant performance and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support plant operations and drive financial efficiencies.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
