Job Description

Digital Marketing (Major Focus) Strategizing new campaign plan and execution, Developing, and implementing social and digital media strategies including social media presence, promotions, Vlogger outreach, social influencer penetration, social media campaigns and search engine (SE) strategies, SNS platform optimization, Offline activity digital integration, Email Marketing. o Good in analysing competition digital reports & strategies. Monitor, analyze and manage Online reputation and complaint management system. Knowledge of Applications /Website management (platform/database knowledge) o Online workshops, social listing & 3rd party digital collaboration management. Hands on experience in developing digital content strategy in terms of content mix usage, scheduling, posting, reviewing. Good experience in reviewing key digital KPI metrics like CPM, CPC, CPV, CTR etc for paid campaigns through google ads, native ads, publisher ads, social ads, you tube ads, rich media. Managing proper SEO for proper ranking of website in google search results, A/B testing, landing page optimization, CRO etc. Regularly monitoring website analytics & digital channels to improve customer engagements. o End to end social media platforms management, organically improving fanbase, achieving reach & engagement targets. Innovative mind with deep knowledge of digital platforms updations. Other ATL activities Planning and execution of campaigns Through Radio, Outdoor and Magazines (including Media buying negotiation capabilities) Promotional activities (BTL) and PR o Administering promotional activities, outdoor events, promotional tie-ups o Product launches, KOL management Public & Media relations across a wide range of mediums including social media, Television, Print, Digital and so on Directing the entire brand architecture & strategy through marketing activities from conception stage till go-to-market strategy considering sales team and business partner feedback Overall hygiene maintenance at retail outlet including merchandising, POP management, shop front activities and ISD/Promoter management/ Conceptualization and executions of exhibitions, Partners meets. Other consumer engagement activities like onsite workshops, Events, Foreign tours etc. Others o Corporate Communications and Brand management Formulating the development and roll-out of annual brand plan (marketing calendar) o Budget Management, Spend tracking and monthly /Quarterly reconciliation. Analyzing consumer insights, ascertaining target audience and devising best ways of promotions o Product marketing including competitive analysis and market forecast. o Must be able to lead a team of 10+ young and enthusiast members. Must be good at teamwork during close interaction with technical /product and Sales team to run Campaigns. Close interaction with Digital, Creative and PR Agencies & Vendor management (POS / branding / exhibition / Promotional items / workshops/ in-shop display Vendors) Collaborate with cross functional teams including Sales, Technical, Service team to drive the organization objective. o Develop and maintain deep understanding of companies products, services, features, benefits and applications. Ensure Compliance with organisation Marketing Processes, policies and procedures.
