This role demands a forward-thinking professional who can balance strategic vision with operational excellencesomeone who can drive transformation, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure HR processes are compliant, data-driven, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Define and execute the companys HR strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive organization design, workforce planning, and succession management.
  • Lead HR transformation initiatives, focusing on process automation, digitalization, and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain strong HR governance frameworks and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for all levels of the organization.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, internal mobility, and employee referral programs.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top industry talent.

Performance & Employee Development

  • Implement robust performance management systems to drive accountability and growth.
  • Monitor employee performance metrics and work with department heads to enhance productivity and career progression.
  • Design and deliver training, learning, and leadership development programs aligned with organizational goals.

Compensation, Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Manage payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Design and evaluate competitive compensation structures and benefits programs to enhance retention and satisfaction.
  • Partner with finance to align HR budgeting and cost-optimization initiatives.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven organizational culture.
  • Lead engagement, recognition, and wellness programs to enhance employee morale.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.

HR Analytics & Systems

  • Leverage HRMS tools and analytics to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Generate dashboards and HR insights for leadership on attrition, productivity, and workforce trends.
  • Identify gaps in existing systems and implement solutions that enhance HR efficiency.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to statutory and labor law compliance, audits, and documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR policies and SOPs in accordance with industry best practices.
  • Serve as the company’s internal custodian for ethical practices, confidentiality, and compliance.

Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field (mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Management preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in HR with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity
  • Proven experience in the IT/Technology sector is highly desirable
